I have dealt
with weight issues on and off for a long time and made a resolution to lose
weight. Most often than not these issues tend to be about my excessive weight
gain and reduce the weight in a fast and effective way. There were 3 aspects to
my ability to lose weight in 3 months. I feel they were a good diet, physical
activity, and monitoring progress. Weight loss needs to be done in a healthy
way over a period of time. The following are details about how I lost 8 kgs of

I feel it is
vital to eat right to lose weight. A diet plan is the best option when it comes
to regulating food intake during a weight loss plan. There are many types of
diets and for weight management; I created a weight loss diet chart that
worked well with my health, religious rules and dietary restrictions. I chose a
weight management diet where I could easily restrict intake, count calories and
yet remained healthy over the 3 months that I chose this diet. I removed junk
food, excessive intake of carbohydrates and fried and sugary foods from the
diet. I ate lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables as well as whole grains and
fibrous foods in my diet in moderation. The main aspect of my diet plan was to count
calories, eat in moderation and drink a lot of water.
Physical
Activity Essential for Weight Loss
In my weight
loss plan I feel that besides diet, it was essential to incorporate physical
activity as a part of life to lose weight. To lose 8 kgs in 3 months, moderate-intensity
exercise for a few hours every day was my plan. I included natural exercises
like walking, swimming, jogging, and hiking to lose weight. I also visited the
gym and indulged in strength training as well as cardio exercises to lose
weight which is something I would recommend. I also lost weight with innovative
exercise routines like including a daily dance routine on fast music as part of
the daily exercise. Diet along with physical exercises together helped me in
weight loss over a period of 3 months.
Monitoring

I monitored the progress
of weight loss over a period of 3 months to help remain on track and to achieve
progress in the weight loss endeavor. Monitoring the intake of weight losssupplements helped me in the long run. I kept a food journal and monitored
the daily calorie intake which helped me to keep the diet in check. There are
many devices available in the market that monitor physical activity and using such
activity trackers helped me to monitor the physical activity in the long run. For
my weight loss it was important to check the body weight at least once a week while
attempting to lose 8 kgs in 3 months. This helped me to monitor the progress of
my weight loss and to make changes in my diet and physical activity to improve
my weight loss results.
Weight loss is
necessary for many people like me periodically to maintain a good figure,
fitness, and strong health. By following the above-mentioned tips, my 8 kgs weight
loss was achievable in 3 months. Losing 8 kgs over 3 months was done in an
effective way by me without causing health problems.
